The Washington State Search and Rescue Conference is the premier event for search and rescue responders throughout the northwest. Held annually, it is one of the longest running conferences for search and rescue volunteers in North America. Typically held during the third weekend in May, WA SARVAC and the host county bring a wide variety of instructors and vendors together in a conference that has attracted paid and unpaid volunteers from across Washington State, neighboring states, and even from search and rescue programs as far away as Iceland, Australia, Japan, Peru.
The 2017 conference will be May 19, 20 & 21 in Ferry County, in Republic, Washington.
Pre-conference courses are also available and run May 15-18
